These are fabricated with the help of molding machines only. Molding machine ek aisi machine hoti hai jis kisi bhi molten (pighli hui) material ko ek mold ko daal kar ek nayi shape mein badal jati hai.

Molding Kya Hai?
Molding a process is in which any slipper product such as plastic, metal or aluminum is placed into a special mold. Ek mold ek type ka डब्बा ya template hota hai, jiska shape fix hota hai. Jab molten material ko pour ke andar hota hai thanda hota hai, tab woh beete huye shape me convert hota hai.
For example:

Aluminum Molding Kya Hai?
Aluminum molding is one of the process in which aluminum is heated and poured. Fir use moulding a machine ke zariye mould ke andar daala jata hai. When it gets cold Jab woh thanda ho jata hai, then aluminum solid ho kar ek nayi shape le leta hai, like spoons, machine parts, car frame, etc.
Molding Machine Kaise Chalate Hain?
Molding machine ko chalana ek tarike ka process hai. Yeh steps dhyan se samajho:
Step 1: Machine Ka Setup
First of all,checks the readiness of machine whether its fine or not.

Step 2: Aluminum Ko Garam Karna

How to operate a molding machine ? (मोल्डिंग मशीन कैसे चालाते हैं ?)
Step 3: Mold Ke Andar Material Daalna
Ji-ye pighla hua aluminum ek nozzle (pipe) ke durch mold ke andar daala jata hai.
Machine make sure karti hai ki har cavity (खांचा) mein material equal amount mein bhara jaye.
Just like that when you pour water for example in one ice tray and fill all the holes.
Step 4: They are Thanda Karna which refers to Cooling Process.
If the aluminum mould is heated then it is cooled with the help of machine fans or water cooling when it is heated to the top.
After that, the aluminum solid forms and the shape of the mold is taken.
Yeh process bilkul waisa hai jaise ki baar pani ko ice tray sepitpecially me dalte hain aor woh baraf ka shape le leta hai.
Step 5: Product ko nichalna or demolding is the process that has been carried out in each process, On the basis of this process, It is easy to remove the mould from the product.
When aluminum becomes cold and solid it opens the machine mold and the last product comes out.
On Fir product ko shape aur size check kia jata hai ke sahi hai ya nahi Fir.
Safety Tips:
i. मोल्डिंग म आशन के आस-पास ह.HE always SAFETY GLOVES and GOGGLES bench पर बैठ कर काम करना चाहिए।
ii. Hot material apni garmiya se pighla huwa hota hai, jise machine ke parts ko bina permission ke touch nahi hona chahiye.
